Whether for work or for pleasure, having multiple displays is known to help with workflow and productivity. But with computers and laptops getting thinner and thinner every year, the devices can lose the ability to do this. EZQuest, makers of high-quality tech accessories, has created a solution — the USB 4 Dual Display 8-in-1 Hub Pro Series. The hub provides extra ports in a pinch and a way for users to connect multiple display screens to their setup.
The 8-in-1 has the following features:
- 3x USB 4 ports. Each supports 8K video output (30Hz), 10Gbps Gen 2 data, and up to 15W output power.
- 4x USB-C Gen 2 ports. Each supports 10Gbps data and 7.5W power output.
- 1x USB-C PD 3.0 port. 100W pass-through charging with Fast Role Swap (FRS) technology. Provides up to 77W to your laptop plus 23W to power connected devices and the hub itself. Total shared data 10Gbps and 23W shared power.
- The hub is powered by the Intel Hoover Ridge JHL8140 USB4 / TB4 chipset.
Users can also connect one external display up to 8K at 30Hz via any of the 3 USB 4 ports, or dual 4K at 60Hz USB-C displays on Windows, Linux, Android and Chrome OS. macOS dual display is supported on M1, M2 and M3 Pro and Max chips plus all M4, M5 and later chips.
