Warranty Information

EZQuest warranty obligations for a product you have purchased are limited to the terms set forth in this document. EZQuest offers a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase and will offer a new replacement of a product due to a manufacturer’s defect. The purchased product must be returned first to EZQuest in order to qualify for a product replacement or refund and all warranty claims. EZQuest warrants repaired products and replacement products against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of repair or replacement for ninety (90) days or, if longer, for the remainder of the Warranty Period. This warranty does not cover products becoming defective due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.

This EZQuest one (1) year limited warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end purchaser. A copy of the sales receipt from the original sales retailer is required for warranty coverage.

Warranty only covers users who purchase from EZQuest.com or an "authorized" EZQuest reseller. This warranty does not cover products purchased from online auction websites and does not apply to dealers, distributors, or any other third parties in a distribution chain that are unauthorized sellers of EZQuest products or who purchase products for resale or cover products purchased through online auction websites or channels other than EZQuest.com.

Return Policy

Warranty claims must be made directly by emailing to support@ezq.com. All purchased products must be returned within the Limited Warranty Period and include an EZQuest-issued RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number which will be sent via email with easy-to-follow instructions on returning procedures.

Please clearly write or mark your RMA number on the outside of your package. To obtain an RMA number, an email must be submitted directly to the EZQuest customer service department during the Limited Warranty Period and must state why the product is defective. You must include a copy of the sales receipt for the returned product. Incomplete returns will not be accepted.

The product and information will be evaluated once it is received in order to determine whether the returned product conforms to this limited warranty. If EZQuest determines the returned product is not defective as stated or is not eligible for warranty service, EZQuest will return the product back to you. If EZQuest determines the product has a warranted defect, EZQuest will, at its option, remedy the defect as stated in this limited warranty. EZQuest is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to EZQuest. We recommend that you ship your returned products to EZQuest  via a track-able shipment method.
